Dr. Farnoosh Soltani

MD - Family Physician

Dr. Farnoosh Soltani is an experienced family physician who is driven by her goal of helping each patient live an optimally healthy life. She is a firm believer in preventative health and is passionate about working with people of all ages, from babies and youth to seniors.

Dr. Farnoosh graduated with an MD from the Iran University of Medical Services and also graduated from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Farnoosh has also graduated from the Manitoba License Program for International Medical Graduates (MLPIMG) at the University of Manitoba where she further developed her skills and expertise in family medicine.

She looks forward to meeting you and providing you with a caring, nurturing and patient-centered experience at HealthOne Medical Centre.

(Amy) Xi Yang

RPN - Registered Practical Nurse

Xi Yang graduated from Centennial College from the Registered Practical Nurse program. She is registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and also holds a certificate in Cardiology from Humber College. Xi has worked in long-term care facilities, specialist clinics, and walk-in family medicine clinics.

She was driven to pursue a career in healthcare because she is extremely passionate about helping people and has always had a strong interest in anatomy and the physiology of the human body. At work, Xi loves to meet and interact with a diverse range of people each day and make a difference in their lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exercising, and learning new languages. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Carren Ramirez

RN - Registered Nurse

Carren is a Registered Nurse who completed her Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing at York University. She has been part of the HealthOne team as a clinic nurse since 2014, and has also gained experience as both a community nurse and a travel nurse in various settings.

Carren sought out a career in the medical field in hopes of having a job that was both challenging and inspiring at the same time. Now, she’s thrilled to have the opportunity to empower patients and their families with knowledge while helping to advocate for them and help them during challenging periods in their lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, music, and journaling. Carren is also fluent in Tagalog and English.
