As per Ontario’s state of emergency restrictions, HealthOne Medical Centre’s health care services will remain open.
We will continue to operate under our usual business hours in all departments including Medical, Dental, Rehab, Orthotics & Bracing, Optometry, and Pharmacy.
We have both virtual and in-clinic services available to our patients. For our in-clinic services, we have enhanced safety and cleaning protocols in place to protect our staff and guests. We will continue to have these safety measures in place until further notice. For our virtual services, we use a secured online platform that protects your privacy and connects you in real-time with our expert practitioners. It is our number one priority to provide you with an exceptional experience, whether in-person or online. We have made booking your next appointment even easier because we now have an online booking portal on our website. This makes it easy to select which department you’d like to book an appointment in, the services you are looking for, and the practitioner you wish to visit as well. All of our team members are highly trained health care professionals who look forward to providing you with an incredible patient experience. Along with booking an appointment on our website, you can contact us via email or phone. Our clinic is conveniently located in North York accessible by car, by foot or by TTC. We are easily accessible and the closest subway station is North York Centre.
